    You are quite right, Heather. I wrote as much to your colleague Diane Sweet, with copies to Drummond Wilson and Richard Stienberg, on July 17. But why is this discusssion under WordPerfect Lightning and not under WordPerfect Office? And what does one need Lightning for? Thanks.

    Hey qqqqaa, Your post does not say what version of Windows you are running but I am having the same problem. You can read what is going on in my reply to the post in "Notes Disappear in Vista." It sounds like you are having the same problem that both Chris and I are having also. Stan.

Here is what seems to be happening: When you create a new note, Lightning makes an entry in the Catalog file located in the [USER_DIR]\AppData\Roaming\Corel\WordPerfect Lightning\Catalog\Catalog.xml file.
