  • WP x4 Issue

I have a user who is experiencing the following problems: 1. When she has a document open and moves away to something else, her document is not docked in her WP status bar at the bottom of her screen. This happens repeatedly. How can I resolve this for her? 2. She also is complaining about when she goes...

  • Re: Integration of PaperPort 8 Professional with X5

I haven't yet decided if I'm going to purchase the upgrade, but am saving your comments in case I decide to. I use Nuance's PDF Converter Pro as my default PDF viewer, have Nuance's PaperPort 12 Professional and use Mozilla Thunderbird for my email client. I'm not sure I will get...

  • Re: WPx3 and Windows 7

I installed WP X3 onto my Windows 7 PC, but I could not Insert > Graphics for JPG or PNG. So I bought WP X4 and installed it. Same problem. I cannot get graphics (JPG & PNG) to open in WP X3 or X4 using Windows 7 on a Dell XPS 9000 using an Intel i7 CPU (8 co-processors). When I try to insert...

  • header/footer toolbar doesn't appear

Suddenly the header/footer toolbar has stopped appearing when I create a header or footer. How do I get it back? It's not listed in the View>Toolbars menu! I'm using WPF X4, and, frankly, considering the problems I've had with it, I'm seriously considering going back to Version 10...

  • Re: Major Installation Mess

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. Unfortunately, I tried that because I, too, thought it might be a problem with the trial issue. It won't let me download another copy, even after I wiped all the Corel cookies off of my browser. I also tried back-dating my system's calendar, even though I was...
