I am trying to install WordPerfect Productivity Pack 12 and it keeps saying the Serial Number is invalid.  Mine has the right sequence of numbers as it talks about in the answer to this in Q&A's.  How do I go about getting it installed?  Any help is appreciated.

Productivity Pack 12?  Where did you get that David?  Was it pre-installed on your Dell PC?  What are you trying to install it on (OS, etc)?

Normally we don't support OEM versions to end users but I can give it a try.  But, the more details you can provide the better. Even if you could send me the serial # privately (please do not post it) via my profile that will help me see if there are issues there.

Cheers,

Jay

Hi Jay,

I have the same problem that David has.  My daughter removed all the Corel programs from my computer thinking I didn't need them and in doing so I think a lot of other things were removed along with it.  It came pre-installed on my laptop which is almost 4 yrs old and I have never used the CD.  I thought it would be a simple drop in the CD and re-load it.  I'm getting the "serial number is invalid" message.  I called Dell, suggested by Corel support,  but unless I buy Dell's 30 day tech help they don't want to know that I exist.  I sent an e-mail to Corel explaining and am waiting to hear from them now.  I am not hopeful because the software came with my computer.  I'm not a whiz at computers but I'm trying.  Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you,

Fran
